Shipping and Delivery

We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition, so we only work with reputed courier partners to deliver your products to you at the earliest time possible. 

 

- Once you place an order with us, we take 24 - 48 hours to process the products that are ready to ship. (We are closed on Saturday-Sunday/Public Holidays)

- Some orders, such as custom-made or made-to-order may take 1- 4 weeks to ship, depending on the specific items that to be made.

- We shall inform you within 1-2 business days if in case of any product from your order got unavailable due to any reason or facing any delay.

- Changes to the shipping address stated during the time of order shall be accepted only if the product has not been shipped.

- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you shall need to place multiple orders.

- We ship all orders through Tirupati courier /Delhivery and other local partners only. 

- Once the order is shipped, We will WhatsApp you a link of our courier company along with the tracking id of your consignment.

International Shipping 

- For International orders please WhatsApp us with your full name, address and the products that you would like to buy. We will get back to you with the total amount of the order including the shipping charges. 

- We take 3-4 business days to ship your order that are ready to dispatch and 1-4 weeks to ship custom-made or made-to-order products. This depends on the specific product that you choose. We ship our International orders through UPS | DHL  based on the country. No expedited shipping options are available for international shipments. 

Please note 

- International shipping charges are depends on the country, exchange rate, weight and volume of the product. 

- Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient.

- Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary from country to country.

If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office. Also International shipping fee is non-refundable.

 Delivery Time

For all the domestic orders, it might take 2-3 business days to deliver to Metros & Tier 1 cities, while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5 - 6 business days.

- For international orders, it might take 5 to 10 business days to deliver. However, this depends on your country, duty and custom clearance timelines.

- If in case, the shipment is delayed at the customs for any reason , which is beyond our control - the customer cannot not ask for cancellation or refund till the clearance is done .If the shipment is returned to us due to some restrictions , full amount of the customer will be refunded

- All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. If you noticed that the packaging is tampered or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the courier service itself and report us at (+91) 9512714056 with the reference pictures of the issue along with your order id. We shall try our best to ensure that a            replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. 

- If in case you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

All deliveries require a signature with mobile number upon receipt, as our courier partners require proof of delivery. we request you provide the same when asked for.

After an order has been handed over to the courier partner:


• Delivery is completely managed by the courier company.

• Delays caused by the courier company are not under our control.

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Political or government restrictions

Remote area delivery

Courier operational issues

Festivals or peak season load

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Address & Contact Details

Customers must ensure that their shipping address, phone number, and email ID are correct and complete while placing the order.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We will always share the tracking number so customers can monitor their shipment.

However, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.
